What is an Office Hours Session?
These are group classes designed to be more on the intimate side (max 10 students per session) to allow time for every person to have at least 1 of their questions addressed during the allotted session time (approximately 1.5-2 hours).
What should I expect during an Office Hours Session?
During the class, Megan will work with each student on an individual level to help them find the clarity or the pathway forward they are looking for while also engaging the others in the group. These are empowerment-oriented and geared towards helping you discover your abilities to self-solve while providing direct intuitive insight as needed.
What do I need to participate?
After you sign up for the date/time you want to attend, you'll be taken to a confirmation page that will allow you to submit any question(s) prior to the class that you'd like to address during the class. We ask that your questions be ordered from most to least important to maximize the time available.

Are there any restrictions to sign up?
These sessions are only available to students who are currently enrolled in a GLH course, students who have completed a GLH course, or any 1:1 clients of Alessandro’s.
Each class will encompass a unique mixture of students from different course topics and/or private session folks.
What if I sign up and I don't meet the requirements?
If you do not meet the criteria to attend, but purchase anyways, you will not be admitted into the session.
Please note that all purchases are final. The amount paid towards the session will be transferred to a GLH credit that you can use towards any other GLH course, program or service.

The $26 amount includes a card processing fee. Only $25 will be credited.
How often are classes?
There will be three Office Hours Session scheduled per month. There will be one per week with one week off. The specific days/times of the sessions may vary, but will typically be on either Friday's at 10am or 11am PST or Monday’s at 5pm PST.
We know a lot of you prefer to attend classes live so you can ask your questions live. We also have people from all different time zones. These sessions will flip time slots to try to allow more students to be able to attend them live.
How do I sign up?
You can come to this page at any time to sign up for an Office Hours Session. We refresh the dates every month.

Just find the date/time you'd like to attend and complete your investment. After check out, you will be prompted through a few steps to submit questions and finalize set up.
There will be links to this page in the course materials dashboard of every course and we'll also send out a monthly email with a link.
Is there a limit to how many of these I can attend?
Nope! You are welcome to attend as many or as few Office Hours Sessions as you'd like. As long as we have space for you, you can come!
How many students can attend a session?
Each class is capped at 10 students max. Availability will be on a first come first serve basis.
Once all 10 slots for a particular session time slot are taken, you’ll have to either look for availability in another session time slot for that month or wait until we open new time slots the following month.
How will I know about new dates?
We will update this page monthly with the new dates for that month. A link to this page can be found in the course materials dashboard of any course on Thinkific.

We will also send out a mass email at the beginning of each month announcing the new dates.
Where is the link to attend the class? I can't find it.
The link can be found in 3 places:
1.) After you complete your purchase to reserve your desired spot, the link will be in the emailed receipt from Square. It will be sent to the email used at check out!

These sessions will be live over Zoom.
Will I receive a recording of the session?
Yes! We will email you a link to a specific dashboard on Thinkific that will have the recording of the class. Expect to receive this email within a couple of days after the live class.
Can I add this to my existing payment plan?
No. These are standalone payments that cannot be added to an existing payment plan.
What happens if I sign up and can't make it?
You have some options! We can either move you to another Office Hours Session slot (whether it be that month or another month) or we can transfer the amount paid to a GLH credit to use towards another course, program or service.

What does "All Topics" mean?
If the date/time of the Office Hours Session you want to attend says "All Topics" this means that it will follow the traditional Office Hours Session structure in that any question about any course or session topic are welcome. That session is not topic-restricted.

As long as you meet the requirements of...
- Being currently enrolled in a GLH course/program
- Have taken a GLH course/program
- Have done a private session with Alessandro
- Your question pertains to the specific course, program or session you have taken

... you are welcome to attend.
How do the topic-focused sessions work? Ex. Dark Forces Focused
Each month, at least one of the Office Hours sessions scheduled for that month will feature a specific topic of GLH material to provide focused support on that topic only. This means only questions pertaining to that topic will be addressed during that session.

The unique requirements to attend the topic-focused Office Hours Session is that you are either currently enrolled in or have completed any level of the course associated with the topic. Ex. Financial Focused = Financial Mastery Levels 1 or 2.

The featured topic will be indicated in both the title of the session above as well as in the description at check out.

If you do not meet the requirements of the topic-focused session, you will not be admitted into the session and there will be no refunds issued. Please see the 2nd FAQ for more information on this

What can I expect from an Intuitive Read Focused Office Hours Session
At check out, you will be prompted to submit the specific read types you'd like to practice. Examples would be: 4 point read, cartoon read, animal read, future prediction, asking questions around, ect.

Depending on who is in attendance and which read(s) were requested, Megan will break you out into groups to practice a specific read style. You may see multiple types of reads being practiced at once. That said, you won't practice a read type that is above your level.

In order to attend one of these sessions, the requirements are...

- Being currently enrolled in any level of GLH's Intuition Mastery Course
- Have completed any level of GLH's Intuition Mastery Course

If I have only done a session with Alessandro, can I attend either the Intuitive Read Focused or Topic-Focused Office Hours Session?
Unfortunately, no. The only sessions available to session-only folks is the All Topics sessions.
