NOW WHAT? 

STEP 1: Send in your first Venmo or Zelle payment. 

Zelle Information:

>> To ensure you send your payment to the right place...

  • Make sure you use the QR code to automatically connect you to the correct account to send the payment to
    If you don't want to use the QR code, please triple check to make sure you have the correct spelling of the email connected to this account before sending the payment
    The correct email is indicated in the Zelle card below

Venmo Information:

 >> To ensure a fee doesn't get added...

  • Make sure the payment is listed as a payment between friends not a service or good.

  • If you have the option to turn something on for purchases that will allow a full refund at a small cost to the seller (in the fine print) make sure that is off. 

  • If you need 4 digits of a phone number, you can use "4217" 

  • If you aren't sure, email me. With all these changes they keep making we won't be able to refund the processing fee they take out if a mistake is made unfortunately.

Below are all the dates of your classes happening on Wednesday's at 5pm PST...

 

Check in 1 - June 17

Check in 2 - July 8

Check in 3 - July 29

Check in 4 - August 19

Check in 5 - September 9

Bonus Class - September 30

To get started on your course materials...

​

  • On Monday, June 1st we will send you an email with access to the Thinkific course dashboard where you will find all of the video lessons and integration exercises of Healer Training, access to the Healer Training Round 2 questions document, information on how to join the Healer Training Round 2 Group Chat and anything else you will need for your first class​

  • Once you gain access, you can start working through the lessons

​​

  • We will be covering 2 weeks of information per check in class so try to get through at least all of Week 1 and Week 2 completed before your first check in on June 17th

To be ready for the check in classes...

  • Make sure you have Zoom downloaded

​​

  • Check your inbox within the hour before class to receive the link to attend the live streamed class on the dates above

​​

  • At least the hour before your first class, submit any questions that popped up while you were listening to the course materials into your cell of the questions document for Megan to review before your first class

—> Remember, your next payment needs to be sent to us through your preferred channel by July 1st unless you made a special request for a different monthly recur date. Future payments will be due on the 1st of each following month (or on the agreed upon due date) until no more payments are due.

 

Important Information About Venmo/Zelle Payments: (please read!)

  • Your monthly Venmo/Zelle payments to be due on the 1st of each month starting in July

  • If you want to change the due date of your future payments, just let us know

  • We'll also set you up with an automatic card payment plan that will be set to recur 5 days after the Venmo/Zelle due date: if your payment is due on the 1st, the auto half will be set to run on the 5th

  • When we receive the Venmo/Zelle payment for the month, we'll cancel the automatic payment from running that month so you don't get double charged

  • Venmo/Zelle payments will need to be manually submitted each month to cancel the auto half

  • The 5 day window gives not only time for you to get your payments in, but also time for us to manually cancel the scheduled automatic payment

  • The automatic card payment plan is set to initiate payment at some point on recur date (the 5th of each month) usually around 3am PST. Your Venmo/Zelle payment needs to be submitted before the recur date in order to avoid the double charge

  • If you won't be able to get your payment to us before the recur date, please send us an email so we can prevent accidental double charges due to late payments

  • This process helps us better track payments and manage payment plan extension or if larger payments are made

  • This will allow you the option to make a card payment during any month you need. You can just not send in the Venmo/Zelle payment and let the card charge run for that month
