Every course has a set number of weeks of materials. For that number of weeks, you'll have access to a daily video lesson that are paired with an integration exercise.

The materials are on a drip schedule and will release a week at a time. Once you get to the end of the materials, you'll have lifetime access to revisit the lessons you want or start the course from the beginning all over again.

​

Other than the drip schedule, you have the freedom to do your lessons whenever it works best for you. You can follow the video a day format as it's laid out or you can double up on days or skip days as you see fit. 

When it comes to the creator field, what actually changes the matter in our lives is when we take what we know to be true and put it into action. It's the combination of thoughts, backed by emotions and followed through with actions that actually creates.

When it comes to learning, what gets most people stuck with lots of info and no results is when they consume more and more new information, but never use any of it. The information gets stuck in their heads and never gets the opportunity to work for them.

Paired with each video lesson is a integration exercise that will help you take the new high frequency information you are learning and turn it into something that you are now living and breathing, which trigger the external circumstances in your life to change accordingly. 

During the enrollment phase, we'll set you up with an online web document called the "Questions Document" that will enable you to submit questions prior to each live check in class.

​As you are going through the course materials and questions come up or while you are integrating the materials you run into any issues, plug those into your designated area on the questions document. All questions are read over before class and are factored into what's covered during the live class.

​

The questions document will also include helpful course FAQ's and will have the information about the two intuitive teaching assistants called "Intuitive Calibrators" who will be assigned to assist you with outside of class questions and intuitive checks. 

As you go through the video lessons, you'll notice Alessandro gives intuited adjustments and levels to the students in the recordings. An example of a level might be "on a level of acting as your core self from 1-100" or "on a level of tapping into your potentials with intuition, you at an x level out of 100".

You'll receive your unique levels and adjustments as you attend your check in classes. Same ratio: for every check in class you attend you'll get 2 weeks worth of levels filled out.

Your levels will be filled out on the "Student Levels" tab of the course's questions document and will be entered before your check in. 

The daily video lessons are generally 15-30 minutes in length each. Realistically, our brains can only retain about 20 minutes of information at a time. After that, the brain either starts to replace earlier information with the new information or stops retaining whatever comes in after that 20 minute mark.

The 20 minute lessons hit this sweet spot where you can learn one topic at a time, have the rest of the day to marinate on it, get a good night's sleep to really lock it in and then get the next dose of life-changing info the following day.

Being digital, you can do your lessons while doing chores, listen at 2x speed or rewind and replay as you need.

Along with the digital materials, this evergreen model also includes a set number of live classes called Check in classes. The number of classes you get depends on the number of weeks of materials the course is. The ratio: For every 2 weeks of materials you get 1 check in class and its recording.

These classes are group classes that follow an every 3 week schedule, are on the same set day/time of the week, are held live over Zoom and are approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes each. During this time, we focus on mastery of the material: answering student questions, addressing blocks, and discussing anything else that will help you become the master of the materials so you have the confidence to use your new tools to resolve the specific issues you have in your life. ​

With the format of this evergreen model, there are numerous opportunities to tailor this course to your unique human and soul needs.

For the live check in classes, if you can't attend a live class you were scheduled for, you have options! You can either skip that class and push your check ins out 3 weeks or you can get the recording of the class to catch later. 

​

With the digital materials, you are welcome to go as slow with the material as you want. You can always push or pause check ins to fit what you need. 

​

Given that we can start a person with the digital materials at any time, many of our courses follow a rolling enrollment. Fill out an application to see what start date options might be available. 

You'll have the option to join a Telegram group chat to connect with other students who are either currently in or have already completed the course you are taking.

​

This allows students to discuss the content of their course together, support each other through stuck moments/confusion, get questions answered in between check ins,  workshop homework assignments given in a check in, be surrounded by the most loving community and anything else to assist them through their learning journey at GLH.
